We recorded this video of the song live from our recording studio using, Ardour, and Kdenlive. All open-source tools for video and recording.
This is the 3rd song for a film soundtrack project we're working on. It is a melancholic song. Sparse piano, strings, and bass set the pace, while vocals, baritone sax, and organ create a crescendo in the chorus, evoking feelings of longing for a scene in the movie.
