10 Ways To Annoy In Alien Swarm Featuring Lorenzo's Music

Monday, August 09, 2010

We've mentioned before about how the people over a Machinima.com had given us cred as a resource of Creative Commons & royalty free music.

They just posted a new video called 10 Ways To Annoy In Alien Swarm that has some pretty funny common annoyances about things people do while playing the game. Our favorite is the example they point out at 2:15 min into the video. That made us laugh pretty hard.

It's cool to see our stuff being used out in the wild. And thanks to the folks over at machinima.com for not only promoting us as a creative commons music source but using it as well. We would love to see more people use our stuff in new and interesting ways. If you want to, go ahead and lets see what you come up with.

More Love From the Gaming Community

Saturday, June 05, 2010
virtualflicks.net is a website about games, how to make them and play them and any other thing you can think of. In the resources section they list- how to's, voice talent and music available for game creators. Turns out that WE are one of their choices!
In the music section they've listed us for consideration if you're looking for music on a project. On the post we're listed below Charles Manson's album but I would have been surprised if we weren't.
Thanks to NightmareProductions for the post.

Lorenzo's Music Netcast - April 1, 2010

Thursday, April 01, 2010

We just have an audio post of a song idea this time.

One night, after working on a different song for an EP we plan to release this summer, we were just talking and started playing a rhythm. That rhythm turned into this quick song idea.

We liked the way it sounded, so we ran with it! Let us know what you think.

Dane 101 Article: Musicians work hard to build a fan base

Wednesday, March 31, 2010
I had a conversation last week with the online News/Music/Entertainment website Dane 101 for an article about what some musicians are doing to promote themselves these days. We discussed how we use the internet as the way of promoting our music, and the benefits of free downloadable music.

The article has insight from a number of bands and is an interesting look at to how some spend a great amount of time to get their music out there. From fan participation, touring or online promotion-- if you make music it's worth checking out.

You can read the full article here.

You can view the full article here.
